Dorking ‘manuka’ honey ☺

Have started working with Dorking Food Float as a ‘floater’ occasional volunteer on their Saturday market stall in town centre.

We have now got Phacelia local honey. Bee hives are placed directly over and in a phacelia crop to minimise any additional pollen from other crops. (not saying mixed pollen is not good, just this is one agricultural practice)
