The news that Cadbury (now with American owners) is dropping a classic – fudge bar and replaced with an inferior US biscuit bar from the chocolate Christmas selection packs, which are a treat that have passed through generations of English/British childhoods and responsible for my parents generation of rotten teeth. Of globalisation , trade details and inferior food standards.
Not recommending mass consumption of sugar but it could be improved in quality and benefit local economies – great opportunity to create and scale up for local / regional manufacturers should they so wish with a countryside selection pack, e.g.
