I have been added to staff wellbeing programme but at the moment it’s still one person weekly who is a martial arts beginner but has good level of fitness . It’s different with small group – you notice a lot more with 1:1.
E.g. when I haven’t explained something or its just too complicated to process.
We did a tai chi warm up exercise today to explore the idea of balance and weight transference – tai chi stepping – an exercise Master Worsfold has been teaching us. I am starting to sound less like him and finding a way to explain something how I understand it – overall this is going fairly well.
Eventually I will talk less & clearer and demo better.
